One day in the past, my friend told me: "I am feeling bad. I procrastinate on everything that happens in my day. Why I can be a procrastinator? I told him about 3 simple things that he has to know to against procrastination. 

1st - You are not your habits

You have to be aware that you are not a procrastinator. You have a habit named procrastination. Please be aware that you are not your habits. There is no benefit in labeling yourself. with those bad habits. And the habits started because of a trigger. You have to find the trigger and the positive motive behind the habits. I believe that the motive is always positive. Habits can be negative, but you can find a positive motive behind them. 

2nd - You are the one 

 Habits can be changed. You are the one who has the authority to change the habits that do not have a positive impact on you. When you know the positive motive, explore new behavior as a substitution for the old habits. 

3rd - Inertia and momentum law

Humans are affected by inertia and momentum law. When you start to move forward, you tend to continue to move at the same speed, unless an external force acts upon you. These laws affect our life not only physically, but also mentally. So you can create momentum to stop procrastination by "just start the new positive behavior". When you have started and running consistently, need a huge external force to stop it. And it will be the new habits.
